Yes you could be right…
Trends are…
> Quevega has won 6 of the 7 runnings of this race.Selections analysed, number left after analysis = 1.
Hahaha !!
The Banker double came in which returned £17.78 and the treble which included Watford won and returned £8.62. In total a return of £26.40.
Ok so it’s not a great amount but as I’ve said it’s a steady way of earning a profit.
I actually made a mistake with the selections, Watford should have been a Banker instead of Leicester and that’s what I put on the tipping website and also backed myself. I suppose it’s not really relevant as this series of posts was just to show a system that others might like and adopt.
With regards to my system above, here are my selections for this weekend…
Bankers: Everton 1/3 + Leicester 1/3
Premiums : Watford 8/13 + Bournemouth 11/8
Tacticals : Brentford 13/8 + Stoke (draw) 9/410pt double Everton + Leicester 0.78/1
3pt treble Everton + Leicester + Watford 1.87/1
3pt treble Everton + Leicester + Bournemouth 3.22/1
3pt fourfold Everton + Leicester + Watford + Bournemouth 5.82/1
1pt acca Everton + Leicester + Watford + Bournemouth + Brentford + Stoke (draw) 57.19/1Good luck with your bets.
@Nathan;
I’ve not heard of that one, I would have to do a bit of study to get a feel of how it works and what potential it has. With regards to my system above, here are my selections for this weekend…

I like to try and devise systems and staking plans myself and have been using one this season which has proved to be very successful. It is quite easy to understand and designed in a way to try and at least get your stake back. At best it keeps a steady steam of money coming into your account.
You pick 6 selections and they are divided into 3 groups…
2 x Bankers
2 x Premiums
2 x TacticalsThese are my names for them, don’t worry too much they’re used more for the ease of following my explanation than anything else.
The bet uses "points" to allocate the stakes and there is a total of 20 points each time this bet is used. A point can be used to determine how much you want to invest and in all instances should be the same amount e.g. if a point is £1 then the total amount is 20 x £1 = £20.
The Bankers
The idea is to find two teams that are as near to a "dead cert" as possible e.g. Chelsea or Man City or Celtic at home in the league.
The Premiums
These are the teams that are also expected to win but you look for a little bit more value on the prices, e.g. Wolves, Leicester, Rochdale. As with the Bankers, these teams must be playing at home – no aways.
The Tacticals
These are your "gut feeling" type bets and anything goes, pick any team you like home or away. If you fancy Yeovil to beat QPR at Loftus Road then go for it !
Now we have picked out 6 teams, the betting strategy is as follows…
The 2 Bankers in a double – 10pts
The 2 Bankers with 1 Premium in a treble – 3pts
The 2 Bankers with the other Premium in a treble – 3pts
The 2 Bankers with both Premiums in a fourfold – 3pts
All six in an acca, including the tacticals – 1pt.As I said above the idea is to at least get the Bankers up so that you get your stake back and maybe a small profit. After that any further winners means that the profit just increases. This style of betting is more like an investment than anything else designed to keep your pot growing.
It does work if you are careful and stick to the rules i.e. only home teams for the Bankers and Premiums. No matter how much you think a team playing away is a dead cert, stick it in the Tacticals.
I have tried to prove this staking plan on a tipster website but it only caters for singles, however I have been placing the Bankers as 10 point singles, the Premiums as 5 point singles and the Tacticals as 1 point wins so that if anyone really wants to check they can.
The site is called The Tip Exchange and can be found at http://www.tipexchange.co.uk and my account is "The Football Investment Club". My profit for this season is £196.87 (1 point = £1) and I have never been in a loss situation. I’m hoping for £250 by the end of the season which will provide a nice bit of spendig money for my holiday.
I apologise in advance if adding the above link is against the forum rules – mods please remove if it is. I just wanted to show somewhere that I have been showing this strategy.
Good luck with your bets.

Wow ! What a day ! Five of today’s winners were highlighted in the trend analysis and shown in my listings. Just a real shame that I can’t even pick these winners out even from a reduced field !! Oh well, there’s always tomorrow.

This lemming is following the Corrin Wood crowd.
I can’t help feeling that this looks to be one of the most open races of the Festival, so hard to really pick one out. I noticed tonight that a lot of the more favoured horses were drifting slightly in the market.
Ballycasey 11/2 > 6/1
Smad Place 7/1 > 15/2
Corrin Wood 8/1 > 9/1
O’Faolains Boy 12/1 > 14/1
Sam Winner 12/1 > 14/1The reason why I go for Corrin Wood is that he’s been in the first 3 in all his races under rules and has won his 3 chases to date.
Good luck all.
I’ve narrowed it down to four…
Faugheen
Red Sherlock
Rathvinden
Lieutenant Colonel…and decided on Rathvinden.
Good luck all.

A definite runner and improver who could just be good enough is Cockney Sparrow who jumps for fun and has an engine
If My Tent Or Yours wins the Champion Hurdle then I reckon Cockney Sparrow may be worth a small investment. I had picked Highland Retreat as an each way bet for this race but I am now going to wait until the outcome of the CH is known.
Good luck all.
