    First time back at Plumpton for a while. Always good to work there as where it all started for me, at the tender aged of seven !,and great to see the big prize go to Lewes.

    Paul O’Neill showed a lot of courage I thought after Pass Me By literally just threw himself to the ground on the horsewalk.<br>Suzy Smith can clearly train (her horses always look fit).

    Liked the run of Raydan in the first and would be laying both Asateel and Hail The King in future. Dance With Wolves deserves some credit for rallying but thought the other pair looked faint hearted.

    There are a couple of good dictionary websites now which give spoken pronunciations which have been a help !

    Rest assured I miss plenty. You can always watch races afterwards and think you could have chosen better between bins or monitor more effectively with benefit of hindsight.
