The one I have backed for the Arc is Sarafina. 4yo filly who was third last year after nearly being brought down when the usual scrimmaging for positions took place shortly before turning into the home straight.

It looks as though she will undergo the usual French style build up for the race with a mid season target, then a rest before turning up at the Longchamp trials 3 weeks before the main event.

It is quite unusual for the Aga Khan to keep a 4yo mare in training
