    St Nicholas Abbey looks, every inch, a Derby horse to me. He appears to have the speed to win a guineas but, with Canford Cliffs lurking in the shadows, I suspect he could hit a brick wall.

    St Nicholas Abbey was very impressive in the RPT yesterday. I was quite surprised how he won it so easily. I’m not getting carried away by it though … like I did with Crowded House.

    Canford Cliffs is my 2 Y O of the season. Even when he ran below par in France, Arcano and Special Duty still had a helluva job to beat him.
