    Just read all these posts,and hardly a mention of the best off the lot,John Francome.brilliant,also more of Ruby and Kevin Blake.anyway raceing for me is not what it used to be,i loved it in the 50s,60s and 70s,seems over complicated these days.

    Being a pensioner i stopped buying the post a couple of years ago. way to expensive,oh for the days of the Sporting Life and the Sporting Chronicle.

    I will agree with the great Lester,he said the best horse he ever seen was Sea Bird,good enough for me,and Bachelors Hall I will take that 9/4 the Brigadier.

    Very sad to hear about Sea of Class lets all hope she pulls through, I was looking forward to a rematch with Enable,I am sure she would have got her revenge for the Arc defeat, all the best Sea of Class.
