I always blamed Mick Fitz for the poor jumping performances of Henderson chasers, always seemed scared to "put them at the fences", maybee he was experienced enough to know they were not worth falling off. I only ever backed him on rock solid jumpers who I thought were able enough to go round with anyone on.

Perhaps my assessment was misguided, We shall have to see if there is an upturn this year with another jock on. :)

I think he has Gerald, This is a far hotter race than last year and I don’t think that he is up to winning it

The race replays with juggling cartoon dots are very very poor. :(

On every measure I use, Golden Silver comes out ahead. he should be supported as a certainty.

Big Zeb Will have his fans right enough, lets hope they are daft enough to back him into favoritism.

The thread of hope that Big Zeb fans are clinging too comes from a race he DIDNT win, against a horse who was at the end of the season and was nearer being wound down than wound up.
Its fifty fifty if he even gets round and if he does he’s not good enough.

Horses are trained to aids, the whip is just one of many. It could just as easily as be a finger tip, a tug on the ear or even a whistle.

We have all seen horses fall, lose their rider and yet still run and jump the obstacles just for the fun of it.

If a horse need so much encouragement as the whip to take part in the spectacle then perhaps its either poorly trained or hasn’t the correct temperament for the sport.

The kicking sounds like a nasty incident. I hope that the horse is well and has suffered no permanent damage.

you are treating the punters on here like mugs and expect them to do no better than pure chance.

You’re treating us like xxxxx because you obviously beleive that every 4/1 shot will win. Its plonkers like you that pay the rent at your local bookies.

Unhappy, you do me a disservice. Its plonkers like me keeps those lovely people sat behind the counters in jobs, the massive bookmaking corporations in profit, the jockey club something to chat about and try to wring from their grip funding for the sport, television presenters something to look knowledgeable about, hacks some thing to report and, perhaps most importantly, about the successful winning punters (like you lot on here) something to win.

    Ricky,

you are treating the punters on here like mugs and expect them to do no better than pure chance. I am instructing for those that have a viable selection method or process and have a slight(or even advantageous) edge.
