Having read the comments and listened to the drivel espoused by channel 4’s mcgrath and ruby walsh how enjoyable it was to watch cheltenham last weekend . Horses coming up the hill being given time to respond to the whip and in every case the best horse winning (trained by top stables) no need for the beatings seen in previous years. Get your forum into the real world i talk as a racegoer for 30 years, punter and was brought up with horses at home . I would like to see mcgrath approaching a fence without counting a stride which he thought was impossible.
yes the field has cut up but the home stables have some backable firepower in celestial halo medermit and the easy travelling starluck or am i wrong.
i have long steered clear of this so called top stable quite often ap’s choice of rides are questionable at least, must be some retainer. i would lay any fancied runners all day and avoid like the plague. i work on stables in form there is no such thing with this stable good luck to you who believe jp.
