Ghost, it’s not that i’m offended, it’s just these type of threads/posts eventually will turn one the best racing forums you will ever come across into a forum not worth logging on to

I’ve learnt more about racing from this place and some of it’s posters than any book, articles i’ve read (and i’ve read loads believe me )and if you allow it to morph into something like the BF forum these posters will stop posting imo , just like loads of good posters have given up on the BF forum

Seems a bit of a huff-stomp that, Charlie – it’s not necessary.

I’m with Charlie on this, to be honest. Without any context to go on, the amount wagered is an utterly worthless addition to any thread – though I don’t have any real objections to people posting that they are having it tough/good.

The problem is that practically everyone on this forum bets regularly. If we were all to post every time we’ve won or lost the forum would quickly fill with tedious threads.

The only thing I find boring on here is people bitching at each other with no constructive reason and its just make cringeworthy reading IMHO.

I’m sorry if you find my posts cringeworthy, but they are intended to be constructive in trying not to let the forum end up like the BF forum

The Dalty Lays and Plays is a good section – you can discuss, post what you fancy before race

The New section i was thinking of, is one where Ghost of the Fellow, One Man. Bulwark and other interested parties could discuss how much they’ve won and lost
