    Sad news to hear:

Not least because one of his current "pupils" is Frankel, who’ll be without his services on Tuesday.

What extraordinary work he’s done down the years, not least for Soviet Song, whose knife-edge temperament he honed beautifully through her years on track: without his aid down at the stalls she’d never have won those 5 Group 1’s, for sure.

"broke six ribs, fractured a collarbone and crushed a shoulder blade".

Ouch! makes me wince just thinking about it.

These back room people do a great job with problem horses.
    Hope Yarmy is back soon.

I hope he recovers quickly & gets back to doing his invaluable job, helping the horses with their behavioural problems.
