I think everyone is being very unfair. We live in a world where it is still ‘ok’ to laugh at fat people. In fact I know she is a talented horseperson. I was at HQ when she was to have her first ride, a 2yo Nursery. Unfortunately, as she entered the parade ring the horse thought **** this for a job and was last seen galloping down Newmarket Highstreet
September 25, 2007 at 09:27 #116308i only clicked on this thread cos i was shocked to see the x factor being discussed here – not that i have a problem with that, before anyone kicks off

September 25, 2007 at 10:06 #116313Some people will do anything for cash Simon .. no wonder the country is in this mess it is .. !!
X-factor is good though .. I know a few fat lasses who are good at riding, a bit sore on the bones though, or so I am told.

It’s in the Terms and Conditions of accepting the prize. I have to include the Sig on a minimum of 12 post. I also have to have it tattooed on my arse and flash it behind Big Mac & Tanya on Saturday’s C4 Racing….easiest 25 notes I’ve every made

Who is Louis Walsh?
October 1, 2007 at 05:41 #117327From Wikipedia:
Louis Walsh (born August 5, 1952 in Kiltimagh, County Mayo, Ireland) is a manager in the music industry, and a judge on the ITV1 show The X Factor, which made him famous as a television personality rather than a manager.
As of November 2006 his acts have totalled 29 UK #1 singles[1], the 29th being ‘The Rose’ by Westlife.

Oh I see – thanks Steve! No wonder I’d never heard of him
October 1, 2007 at 07:56 #117340Apologies if this appears grouchy, but I don’t really see the point in quoting the post you are replying to when that post is directly above your post.
Yes. it is grouchy, but it’s Monday and I’m in a foul mood……..must take some more anti-depressants………SORRY!

October 12, 2007 at 10:08 #119133I’m really fed up with The X Factor. I don’t want to hear another sob story or see another person cry.
You expect girls to cry but what is wrong with the young men of today, bursting into tears at the slightest thing
I’m all for the metrosexual man but dear me
.And another thing (I’m on a roll now
), what is it with these kids "Music is my life", "It’s all I’ve ever wanted to do", "It’s for my family".
Jees, why don’t they just admit they want to get rich quick, be famous, marry a footballer, whatever, anything except those tired old cliches
?As for "You’re on a journey", "You made that song your own", don’t get me started
.I’m off to lie in a darkened room then get myself a life
.October 12, 2007 at 13:24 #119171Yes I generally agree with you on all that and I just can’t get into it this year, but maybe towards the end…
Last year’s was really good though, I did enjoy it, I loved little Ray Quinn and Eton Road, oh they were my favourites but I think they’ve split up since. Would anyone else care to admit to liking the Macdonald brothers? No??…I thought not
October 12, 2007 at 21:51 #119267The X Factor, now we are talking

What I think is fantastic is the amount of number 1’s these guys have had since they were crowned winners. I mean, apart from the record that they are required to release, I think in total they have had ……. wait for it ….. a grand total of ………. are you on the edge of your seat yet? Ok, they’ve had NO number 1’s other than the one they had to release as part of winning the show.
Perhaps i’m doing Shane Ward an injustice, something is telling me he might have had another number 1. Perhaps Ugly Mare can tell me
