It was a great performance today, BB, but your namesake would have just landed on the otherside of the last as Binocular crossed the line.
Paul Nicholls wants to keep the horse fresh, but wouldn’t it be interesting to see him run in the Martell Hurdle over two miles-four, possibly against the likes of Zaynar?
For me that should be it over hurdles now. Overall I mean. Sure finish the season off and the race you suggest would be great.
But he’s an absolutely superstar and "wasted" in the World Hurdle against handicappers, old stagers, and hounds.
Yes he has had jumping issues and as ruby says he doesn’t "go for a long one" when asked but that’s all part of the challenge for a horse with immense ability.

Badly lame, out for the season definitely.
Shame for Katchit. Hopefully we see him race again. I’d love to see Big Bucks take on the Gold Cup. Next year will be too much for Kauto and Denman both getting older. Let him take that chance I say! Best horse in training as far as I’m concerned.
