Tidal Bay’s form is nowhere near good enough for this. The bookies must be lapping it up today with the likes of him, Barbers Shop and Poquelin half the prices at least what they should be.
March 18, 2010 at 12:57 #283620Make sure we don’t share the same high street, because i think Tidal Bay will turn BB over.

TURN HIM LOOSE!!
Seriously, Big Buck’s will be very hard to beat. He has looked even better this year and that Ladbrokes bet is pretty tempting.
If Big Buck’s gets turned over, what price Kauto Star for tomorrow?

Not a great deal better than the 8/11 you can get just now, as punters are following the same route with regards to anticipating a bigger price, and the bookies are on top of it. One firm might get naughty for about 10 mins and go 10/11, for pubclity.

I might be mad but I think Big bucks could get turned over by Karabak on this better ground.
However, just to prove i dont actually know what im doing, ive backed katchits at greater than 20 ew.

March 18, 2010 at 15:13 #283654I don’t see Big Bucks losing, but my money’s on Sentry Duty
March 18, 2010 at 15:16 #283655Covered Katchit E/W. Put in some decent efforts over longer trips, and we know he’s 10lb better at this time of year at his favourite course…
March 18, 2010 at 15:26 #283656Easy win. Time For Rupert ran better than i thought he would…
March 18, 2010 at 15:26 #283657The words HOT…KNIFE…BUTTER spring to mind.

Money back time
March 18, 2010 at 15:28 #283660How impressive.

March 18, 2010 at 15:31 #283662May I please enquire where TIDAL BAY came?

Good grief the tosh I’ve had to endure.
OUTSTANDING UTTER CHAMPION RACEHORSE
March 18, 2010 at 15:35 #283664How impressive.

Great performance but I am somewhat dissapointed by the opposition. Easier for him than last year.

March 18, 2010 at 15:39 #283666Thank goodness for that. I was pessimistic as per usual before the race, but that has taken the pressure away big time.
March 18, 2010 at 15:45 #283667If Kauto storms up the hill to collect his third Gold Cup, I think Paul Nicholls will advise Big Buck’s remain over hurdles and go for a third World Hurdle.
Shame, really. By the time connections fancy sending him for a Gold Cup he’ll be nine. Time may be catching up with him by then.
