William Buick to appear in Dr Who?

I heard a rumour that jockey William Buick is to appear in Dr Who. It is allegedly set in early 1980’s Britain and William appears in a scene set in Curry’s electrical store, playing the part of a sales assistant. As the Doctor dominates the foreground of the scene you can see Buick in the background helping a couple select a video recorder. As the camera pans away to follow the Doctor to the Tardis you can hear Buick utter the line "Yes Madam, I would definitely go for the Betamax model"
