How terribly sad. RIP Master Tommytucker, a grand racehorse. Aside from obviously feeling huge sympathy for the horse and his connections, it’s such a shame for Lingfield that this has marred their new flagship race.
Thought Oli Bell handled the victory of his own horse sensitively in the circumstances.
Agree with all that Marlingford, including Bell’s response. He could easily have got that wrong in the heat of the moment.
After a fabulous weekend of jumps action, on Monday we can look forward to…three all weather Flat cards. I suppose it gives the jumps stables a day off of sorts.
