    Pennine Hills could be the key to this race be as he led Ecoute home in a barrier trial before subsequently featuring strongly in listed class races.
    Jessica Harrington is flying currently after a long standing run of second places historically and again this season. The reasons for this is open to conjecture, but a level playing field appears to be occuring at the moment.

    Stays on with a perfectly judged ride to win the Cartmel cup.

    Hungry Tiger runs in the 6.20 finale here and has been well backed ahead of his stable debut.
    It is also his handicap hurdle debut after arriving from Ireland. He has run in several maiden hurdles and his last win was in a chase last time out off 84.
    Handicapper has put him in at 98 and given he was racing with the likes of Enemi public 116 and finished 6th ahead of horses rated in that range, he has a chance.
