    Has anyone any information about Vergalda, please? Pulled up quickly after losing action in first race at Clonmel yesterday.

    An article in the Irish Examiner said she was taken to the vets but they were unable to save her and she was put down. Very sad.

    I’ve since found out that Vergalda suffered three fractures to her near hind joint, and she could not be saved. RIP little lass.

    I was looking this week to find information on the Irish racing sites Reetlass but just found comments on the race saying she
    lost her action and pulled up.
    How sad to learn that she was so seriously injured.
    RIP sweet girl :cry:

    Very sad news and not a good day for Clonmel as they lost two others as well. RIP, every one.
