Un De Sceaux for myself, hard to see anyone outside the front 3 winning but this boy could place if he learns to settle.
Un De Sceaux 16/1
January 6, 2014 at 18:19 #464085Mark TT, just a reminder to stick your selection up mate.
Oh yes, it might help !!!
I’m still firmly in the TNO camp but for this competition i have to go
Un De Sceaux 1pt each way at 16’s.
We’ll know in a few weeks time just how good he is.
January 6, 2014 at 19:26 #464094Un De Sceaux blue on Oddschecker, probably Pricewise?
January 6, 2014 at 20:05 #464102New on here and it’s The New One for me 2pts win @ 7/2 sportingbet.
Sorry Denman, missed your post.
Welcome to TRF and good luck in this.
No worries. Looking like the bookies believe Un De Sceaux is the Pricewise horse.
January 6, 2014 at 20:32 #464106Un De Sceaux for me as well at 16’s
CheersJanuary 6, 2014 at 22:12 #464116Oh yes, it might help !!!
Un De Sceaux blue on Oddschecker, probably Pricewise?
Tommy, Was hoping it wouldn’t be after his tips last year
It’s actually Annie Power.
Suppose the bookies will push Un De Sceaux back out then?
January 6, 2014 at 22:16 #464118Hurricane Fly 2pt win @ 4.33 (Fred/Coral)
Possibly travelling and settling better than ever under new training regime.
AP has also just shortened to 4/1 in the World Hurdle NRNB, any chance this could go out again tomorrow when RP readers back AP in Champion?
January 7, 2014 at 11:58 #464142I will try and get things right this year!!
2pts win Our Connor 9s with Sky,Coral,SJ and BV
January 7, 2014 at 12:02 #464143Gold Cup next up.
January 7, 2014 at 12:15 #464144GOLD CUP
First Lieutenant
12/1 Hills/B365 1pt EW
I’m all over Bobsworth myself in real money at 7/2, but for the purposes of this compy, FL rates great EW value at 12s given his good course record and being the sole Giggy survivor with the chosen one on board he should be a knocking EW player.
**EDITED 7/1/13 AS INTENDED EW**
January 7, 2014 at 13:27 #464150Much as I hate tipping favs, this is a two horse race and Bobs Worth has more pace than Silv Conti: 2pts win Bobs Worth 9/4 (general)
January 7, 2014 at 14:57 #464156Gold Cup
Silv Conti @ 4.5
(Bet365 Best Odd Guaranteed)
I think SC would benefit from CC turning up here so I hope CC isn’t tempted by the QMCC in the event of a missing Sprinter Sacre. Although the run at Haydock is being generally disregarded for Bobs Worth as an anomally and I agree to an extent, the presence of CC and the pace he will set can only be an advantage for SC in my opinion, with the possibility of BW not travelling as well in the middle stages and becoming disjointed as at Haydock. It would then come down to how well SC times the burst, taking the sting from CC while leaving enough in the tank to outstay the other oncomers.
SC can take great encouragement from figuring CC in the King George and I think CC still doesn’t get the trip here.
