No probs, Nathan. I can do the same tomorrow, if you like. Out on Saturday, so won’t be able to do it then.

Could have been so much better if Queen Catrine had got up yesterday and Estimate managed to win today, but I can’t really complain. Still a long way to go, though.

Well done Gladiateur for helping Nathan this week, I could only do the Tuesday and off to Newmarket tomorrow and Saturday, so apologies for not totting up my results in advance.

I was willing Lustrous on today and have a string of 2nds at Royal Ascot and although she wasn’t in my choices I also backed Queen Catrine on Wednesday..sooo unlucky she was the class act in that race.

Keep up the good work and keep fending off the challengers. great prize offered up by David for the winner. :D

I’ll try my best, Trip, although this pesky Hughes character is proving difficult to shake off!

Enjoy your trips to Newmarket; looking through the cards, there are some potentially interesting maidens on show.

Really looking forward to it Gladiateur and will also be tuning my radio in to Royal Ascot on the way. Last year I had to stop the car when Sky Lantern was winning the Sun Chariot.

What I love about Newmarket is the fact that I have seen so many of the top horses turned out at Royal Ascot this week in the flesh sometimes before they rise to be their absolute best and those Maiden Races, you mention, often throw up some champions of the future

Just remembering a certain Frankel who ran his maiden on a Newmarket Night when Steps were appearing :D

    Good luck
    :D Jac

Did Peacock run at Newmarket Jac, what did you think of him?

Yes he did Nathan on 31st May..really took the eye in the paddock and going down HRH wasn’t there to see him win but he did her proud. Lovely to see the Paco Boy progeny out this year. :D
Richard Hannon gives him a 4* rating in Steve Taplin’s 2yo book and he’s one to follow.
