June 12, 2014 at 17:17 #482117Any Questions?
Apart from those from Bachelor’s Hall…….
I tried to circumvent this by creating a duplicate account under the pseudonym "Macakov Dvor" ((Mačakov Dvor)(Bachelor’s Hall in Bosnian)) but I was naive to think that anything could get past Matron. But let it be known that I at least tried to respect this rule…
In the spirit of the TdF visiting these shores this summer, will there be a "Lanterne Rouge" this year?
June 12, 2014 at 20:46 #482137I did see that earlier, thought it was you.

Bach you have a bigger bloody obsession with this "Lanterne Rouge" then I have of Toronado. If my horse wins it will put me in a good mood so yes, if he loses no…
Fair deal?
He’ll go off odds on so it will be in your favour.Charles Darwin to conquer the World
June 12, 2014 at 22:04 #482143I mean if it’s a problem, I could score the Lanterne Rouge myself…
All the same, even though it’s a brazen attempt to extort as much moral support for that Toronado fellow as possible, OK. You’re on.
Hajmo Toronado!

June 21, 2014 at 21:16 #483600That’s it for another year.
ItsConnor28 hit a whopping 70 points today the highest of the week to run into the bronze medal position. Nathan Hughes threw everything at Gladiateur but the winner would not let anyone past with a very consistent 5 day total 263 at an average of 52.6 points a day. Fantastic performance
Gladiateur
and very well deserved. If you pm Cormack he can sort out your prize.
‘Lantern Rouge’
VtC scored 0 today but Bachelors Hall with a 5 day total of 88 with an average of 17.6 points a day takes the jacket.
Finally thank you to everyone who helped out in scoring their own points throughout the week it takes the sting out of do the mass.

June 21, 2014 at 23:52 #483618I’m sure that I won’t be alone in thanking you for all of your hard work, Nathan.
Best wishes to everybody.
June 22, 2014 at 00:03 #483619Well done Gladiateur a brilliant tipping display over 5 tricky days
and to the runners up Nathan and itsConor you were all so consistent. It seems a long time since the first day and I can’t wait for the next one now.
Special thanks to Nathan running such a brilliant competition and for being on top of the scoring every night even when he was all day at the races on Tuesday. It was great fun and thank you.

June 22, 2014 at 07:18 #483624Congratulations to Gladiateur, and to those others who reached a score of over two hundred; a terrific achievement. Great thanks to Nathan for the work that goes into stewarding the competition. Thanks to everyone who took part; without a good number of people taking part there would be no competition and I would have to forego the fun (and angst) that adds to the joy of Royal Ascot.
