    30 Points for me Nathan.
Thanks to Pat for putting up the scores and thank you for running this competition again.
Just off to mark up the Select 3 horses and I know one person has napped Rule The World at 33/1, but is it enough to win? B-)

In what was a relatively low scoring competition, bob scored over 50 every to take the 2016 king of Aintree, CharlesOlney selected the National winner but fell 36 points short. Third place was tight and tied three ways with Dessie taking it by combined nap score 2pts ahead of RedRum77, I’m happy to include 4th and 5th to the hall of fame in the circumstances. Well done again bob rolf.

    Congrats Bob, top man :good:

Great Competition Nathan, and very charitable of you to allow
me to squeeze into the hall of fame with joint 127, although 5th.
I came with a wet sail, but it serves me right for leaving out the
3 certs today and trying to be smart. I always was 2 picnics short

Congratulations are in order to Bob Rolf leader from Day One, and did enough to stay there.

Charlesolney leader of Day Three, which help him grab overall second.

And to those who tied on 127 with me Dessie73 & Big G.

Nathan has decided that Dessie73 has grabbed third due to a better Nap score and his decision is final

Nathan must also be congratulated for running the competition. Thank you  and thank you for listing the top 5 in such circumstances. :yahoo:  :rose: :good: :bye:

You've got to accentuate the positive.
    Eliminate the negative.
    Latch on to the affirmative.
Don't mess with mister in between.

Great comp. thanks for running. I reckon a better tactic for winning this would be a bigger price horse to place rather than a guaranteed winner like Vautour and Thistlecrack.

Anyway I’m happy with my position and may enter a few more
