I’ve had a bet on Boothill for the champion chase, which is an ew bet I might add. I think that he can surprise a few people in this, and I’ve bet him therefore at 16-1 ew which appeals to me, as Paddy Power are offering 3 places for that
November 16, 2023 at 21:44 #1670665I looked this over a few times Eezer, before landing on the exact same bet as yourself
November 18, 2023 at 15:51 #1670923It’s a Boothill love-in here, as I’ve joined did the same bet, 16-1
November 18, 2023 at 16:24 #1670927Boothill here I’m hoping he will be progressive this season.
The more I know the less I understand.
November 18, 2023 at 16:40 #1670932L’Homme Presse being entered for this completely baffles me – his last (and only) run over 2m was his debut hurdles run for Venetia, 1st time out and coming back from injury you obviously don’t want to lump him with a big weight in a handicap but asking him to take on race fit specialist 2 mile Champion Chase types I don’t think is the right way to go either…….it could quite easily put undue pressure on his jumping.
A lot might depend on how the Jonbon/Edwardstone clash goes tomorrow but I have to say I was rather impressed with Captain Guinness in the Fortria today (giving weight to all bar Saint Roi), he cruised through the race and (even allowing for Dysart Dynamo checking out rather tamely after jumping the 2nd last) he beat the runner up far more easily this year than he did last year (giving her 13lbs over 10lbs last year)……he could be interesting if he came over.
December 3, 2023 at 22:33 #1672666Hoping Boothill takes up his entry for this.

December 4, 2023 at 05:10 #1672673I’m in on the Boothill love in
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
December 4, 2023 at 11:10 #1672682Lots of rain forecast this week, so it could get pretty testing by Saturday.
December 4, 2023 at 12:32 #1672686Only six confirmations. This could end up with a very small field.
Boothill
Captain Guinness
Edwardstone
Haddex Des Obeaux
Jonbon
Nube NegraDecember 4, 2023 at 12:50 #1672688Glad to see Boothill there but it is going to need some improvement to overturn Jonbon but you got to be in it to win it.

I really like Boothill, though will be hard if Jonbon is at his game
I done Boothill for each way second place anywayVf x
December 9, 2023 at 09:19 #1673121Boothill a non runner.

December 9, 2023 at 12:07 #1673168I’ve tickled Nubre , no ground issue ( beat Altior in bad ground ) and his price is a disgrace , I just can’t have Edwardstone know so in hoping he’ll nick 2nd
Pick 3 on Saturday champion 2025/2026
December 9, 2023 at 14:47 #1673254I’m on Haddex Des Obeaux 14s EW (backed him earlier in the week) as I was anticipating some return to form for the Moore stable.
I still think Jonbon is easily head and shoulders above the competition even in such grueling conditions.December 9, 2023 at 14:52 #1673256I’m surprised Edwardstone is taking this in I thought they were leaning toward the Peterborough to try a longer distance.

December 9, 2023 at 15:06 #1673259No surprises there.

December 9, 2023 at 15:07 #1673261Jonbon not loving the ground. His jumping is a bit weird and twisting – a bit Shishkin-y – when he’s under pressure but it’s good to see him get on with it and get the job done.
