Hi all
New system to get your teeth into, hope it will be as good as the majestic system in time.
Its a one a day backing system, the winners over the past four days have been outstanding 7/2 6/1 7/2 7/2 [/color:3067gxmp] unbelievable i no.
There is only Three rules to this system.

1.THE SUN NEWSPAPER ONLY.
2.HIGHEST PRIZE MONEY RACE OF THE DAY.
3.SELECTION IS WHAT TEMPLEGATE AS TIPPED IN THE RACE.
Simple
I will post selections up each morning.

November 5, 2011 at 11:26 #376127Hi
darrell
As with todays choice the race has 23 declared and I guess on a lot of days this will be case.
Although the bookies love these races I don’t.
Have you kept any records of this system and know if Templegate does better in smaller fields.

Billion, for now we see through a glass,darkly (1 Corinthians 13 v 12)
I guess I see my glass half empty only when I can longer see it half full. In betting terms when things are going badly I’ve changed my perception so yes my glass can be half empty, that has saved me an awful amount of money in the past.
I’ve also learned never to say never

Your staking plan reminds me of another plan called "Stepping stones" in M L Midgley’ Form book analysis.
Same sort of progression but when a winner is backing you start betting back down the progression with money re-invested on previous stakes.Shall try and dig it out.
November 6, 2011 at 02:02 #376341will look forward to looking at your staking plan factorman.
Billion ive not collected any records of this system yet,
ive notices in the sun racing pullout for sundays racing that there are three highest prize money races with the same amount of money offered, and i will consider backing the one with the least runners,

November 6, 2011 at 12:36 #376407Hi Darrell
The Stepping stones staking plan runs something like this.
Obtain the average odds of your winners. In this example its 3/1
The odds determine the step progression.
The odds can also determine the size of your bank and the length of the stepping process.
In this case, 3/1 shots can produce losing runs of around 16
1112223334445556 total stakes 51 pts.
With a losing run of 16 being rare, we know it will come along at some point so, no one stepping process should more than 10% of your bank.
The bank is set at 510pts.The stepping process itself works like this…..
Lost Lost Lost Lost Lost Win 3/1
The stakes were 11122 (2)@3/1 = 6pts profit.
Now we rebuild as many of the losing stakes as possible and bet down the line, we can rebuild bets 2211, if another winner is found that rebuilds all the stakes and shows a profit take it or may be you might have a set target in mind like 10pts profit.
If no winner is backed after betting down the line, go back to where you had your last winner and start betting up the line, repeating the process.
If the final stake of 6pts has been reached and it lost use the short form of the stepping process to rebuild the original 51 points using the 90% of your bank still in tact (although it might be best to accept an overall loss say when you have won 50% of the original 51pts back)
The short form uses the steps 5566 which is just less than 5% of your bank.
November 7, 2011 at 00:47 #376546Thanks for the staking plan factorman, looks straight forward enough.
Winner today @
I will see over november and see what the profit and loss figures show,i may add a minimum price rule just to see how many prices lower than evens show up,up to now the prices have been quite good.
Regards.
