January 3, 2008 at 23:56 #133244Hi Adrian,
I bought a Wii package and got Pippa Funnell ‘Ranch Rescue’ (which is so much fun!), Wii Winter Sports (which is excellent and I imagine you would love as a sporty family although I havent explored the multiplayer functions on it) and one of the Avatar games which I havent tried yet.
I havent bought any other games yet but think those one’s will keep ,e going for a while anyway!

It just takes a bit of time. I was around 60 on my first go also, but once you learn the different tasks it becomes a lot easier.
Good luck,
Mike
January 4, 2008 at 17:13 #133333I beat my 8 year old nephew silly at golf and bowling while he was recovering from a tonsillectomy. That’ll teach him.

What in your opinion(s) is THE best game on the Wii?January 4, 2008 at 23:05 #133419I beat my 8 year old nephew silly at golf and bowling while he was recovering from a tonsillectomy. That’ll teach him.
When/If he eventually beats you he’ll know he’s done it properly and not from you letting him win

July 13, 2008 at 11:33 #173072I’ve nicked my nephews DS for a week. Having studied nothing but racing form and ratings for the past 9 months I’m hoping Brain Training will do the trick
July 13, 2008 at 13:58 #173087Like all modern consoles, they are for both kids and adults in my opinion.
The thing is, as adults, we just use the "buying it for the kids" excuse to get our hands on one ourselves

July 16, 2008 at 17:32 #173459Finally got one myself today for £180 from gamestation with Wii Sports,Beach Sports & a battery added for free.
Also bought a pre owned copy of G1 jockey for £13 so looking forward to mucking about on it later.Wii fit appears to be nigh on impossible to get hold of at the moment unless you fancy paying well over the odds on ebay.
July 21, 2008 at 20:24 #174075well, try cow racing! i was laughin that much (really i dont know why) that i fell off my mates sofa an landed on the dog! had both her an her boyfriend in tears – humiliation is not good!!
