    It was a very good ride, considering the horse was doing very little to help him, especially in the early stages.

    Whilst there were not many of us in the Huntingdon press room yesterday the universal view was it was a great ride from the young lad – and to get total agreement like that is indeed a rarity.

    Great to see Maurice Linehan, a 10 lb claimer, ride a horse with plenty of "character" to victory at Huntingdon yesteray? Last to first! Brilliant ride! Hope you pointed out to your coleagues Paul, it was done within the whip rules.

    You could just feel David Yates squirm with disappointment on RUK, realiing Linehan had kept to the rules.
