45 days and counting to the return of the circus, less if you include the Championship and Shield.
I’m kicking off with a long range view that Rob Holding can progress further this season and make it into the World Cup squad. Me old mucker Daz put me onto the bet a while back and in comparison to Stones 1/8, Cahill 1/8, Smalling 1/6 I think Rob Holding appeals a lot more at 3/1 when taking injuries into consideration and his adaptability to cover at Right Back aswell.
Even through Arsenal’s poor spell Holding stoodout and was a key player in getting them close to a top 4 place and in winning the FA Cup. I don’t think not playing in the CL will hinder anything and may even help his plight with less in-tense games keeping him fresher each week. Arsenal should also have a better season than last not being in the CL and that will do the cause no harm.To Make The Final 23 Man England World Cup 2018 Squad

June 27, 2017 at 20:29 #1306721Rolling over from the last thread, the stakes were already counted into the last Profit/loss total so a freebet for this thread so to speak.
£3.57 Chelsea to be Sanchez next club by end next transfer window @4/1
£3.50 Arsenal to keep Sanchez by end next transfer window @7/4I’m beating the Current price of 11/10 to stay at Arsenal but has drifted to 14/1 to go to Chelsea with seemingly Munich and Manchester City also in the chase to sign Sanchez.

June 28, 2017 at 11:02 #1306786Good luck with this bet nath and you see my last post in circus thread put up Spain for under 21 glory in final vs Germany now
June 29, 2017 at 09:37 #1306906Good luck with that Daz
I was expecting to see Germany odds on for this evenings Confederation Cup Semi final. They haven’t set the world alight in the group games but now we are at the business end I’d expect improvement from them. Mexico were not that great in the group either and I think they are being a tad overrated for the game against Portugal who despite winning the Euro’s were poor and got lucky.
21/20 Germany to beat Mexico £6.00

I see Defoe has left Sunderland on a free transfer, that’s an early rusty nail in their quick promotion hopes.
Unlike last year where Newcastle were big favs, this year the odds suggest there is no real favourites, I’m looking at Fulham, Sheff Wed and Boro myself but have not decided which way or how many to play yet.+£1.30

June 29, 2017 at 22:17 #1306963Blooming ell Nath, we’re just half way through the cricket season!!!!!!
Any tips for Europa qualifying rounds pal
June 29, 2017 at 22:23 #1306964Will be playing late on all antepost markets. Wednesday and Boro may form the basis of any championship bets but all powder kept dry for a few weeks yet.
Will be leaving the prem alone antepost. No real value. Not sure what price THFC will be to finish out of the top 4 in the prem. a home record of P19 W17 D2 won’t be replicated at Wembley. Think the layers will realise this though.
June 29, 2017 at 22:27 #1306965That Europa is a different kettle of fish these days, I would gave Wenger a tip and say get your team out of there sharp but now the winners get a CL spot it seems a genuine target. It’s dangerous though as there can be only one winner and Wenger is a serial loser so I’d still suggest to him get out and go for top 4 status again with the big advantage of what not being in Europe brings.
I’ve not gotten into the cricket much this Summer Wasp, Somerset have started very poor and it’s been a case of just keeping an eye on results.

July 3, 2017 at 18:36 #1307554I took this on last season and was confident at one stage but it fell about 25 goals short of L’pool getting 100 PL goals and this season should be tougher as well with more midweek European games for distraction. William Hill offered me 14/1 which is crazy but Skybet offered 100/1 which is just about right as it’s hard but not impossible needing to average 2.7 goals per game. Last years effort wasn’t a million miles off considering Liverpool had no out and out striker with Sturridge either out injured or not fancied by Klopp until the seasons end. Injuries to the likes of Lallana, Countiho and Mane also put the dampeners on. Salah has signed this year and Origi will have benefited from playing more games last season, Firminho and Woodburn will also chip in. Throw in Klopp’s attacking approach and their is plenty of goals to be had.
100/1 Liverpool to score 100 or more PL goals £1.00

July 3, 2017 at 19:09 #1307560William Hill have contradicted themselves here, 14/1 to score 100 PL goals yet go 200’s to score in every PL game, what would Skybet go 1000’s…?
5 blanks last year and I can’t see it happening but again worth a quid at the odds.200/1 Liverpool to score in every Premier League match 2017/18 £1.00
-£0.70

July 3, 2017 at 20:01 #1307565Good luck with the above Nath. Worth a crack at the odds
JTs signing at Villa will lift everyone at Villa Park. They could get momentum from it. STeve Bruce improved Villa when he took over but results drifted. They have definitely underperformed.
My preference is still for Boro at the moment. I went on oddschecker hoping they might drift a bit which they have but SkyBet are going 4 places at the moment and are unmoved and remain at 7s. A couple of layers are going 10s but who the hell are Black Type!!!!!
SkyBet 4 places are going 22s READING. Improved under Stam and finished 3rd with 85 points. Think SkyBet have got this market wrong. Hills, Spoils are trading around 12-14s. Very tempted to go in as a saver as I’m liking Boro and Wed in that order at the moment but things do change
July 3, 2017 at 20:13 #1307568Never heard of Black Type.
I’m happy to take Villa on and if they win it then so be it. It’s pretty wide open and Villa have gone blue off the signing of John Terry, to be fair however good he was he just hasn’t got the legs anymore, any quick players in the Championship will do him for pace and I can envisage him on crutches after a days training.
I’m looking at Fulham, Boro and Wednesday but am in no hurry just yet but that 22’s on Reading is an eye popper especially with the 4 places at Skybet, I’ve give it a day or so and try and suss out what to do about them.Gaelic Warrior Gold Cup Winner 2026

This is the first time in 6 years under McCarthy we have been able to spend a bit of cash and the recruitment has been excellent I feel.
Huws – 1m – Brilliant on loan year. Brilliant buy. Most exciting signing in a very long time.
Garner – 1m – 67 goals in 4 seasons is pretty good going as well as a league 1 player of the year award when at Preston three seasons ago. Still young for a striker too.
Celina on loan – We fought off competition from multiple clubs to get this winger from Man City and his loan fee was well into 6 figures.
Spence – Did well at right back. Basically earnt himself a long term deal.
Adeyemi – Free agent after leaving Rotherham. The lad is already a fan favourite after turning down the Scum (Norwich) to sign for us.
We were quite short last season to get into the playoffs (generally 5/4) but this season, 11/4 for top half is a huge price.
Looking at Sheffield Wednesday possibly for the league.
Dagenham are the value in the conference with some great signings for my local team. John still is the master at recruitment from the lower leagues and he’s signed one of the hot properties of non league football too who will score loads.
July 4, 2017 at 19:21 #1307662Thanks for that input on Ipswich mom. I won a fair bit on various top half bets on them down the years but got bitten on the bottom last year when the vibe at Portman road was poor.
Will be definitely risking them at 11/4. Cracking price. Will be including in a few accas at that price too. I feel a lot more value in the lower leagues
July 4, 2017 at 19:37 #1307667Reading are 3/1 top 6 finish Bet Vic
1/5 of 22s ew is 4.4/1 with Sky
Leaning with the extra 2 places.
Best price I can get on Boro is 8/1. Think that is a good price but the lack of a proven goalscorer worries me. If they get a 25 goal a season player I see their price halving. Their squad apart from up top looks strong. Give me the heads up Garry Monk on a striker!!!!!

Of course I could be massively biased but I was expecting 5/4 for it. We have been 8/11 and 4/7 last two seasons. One poor season and suddenly Skybet have lost their heads.
I’m on in a few multis
