The old thread is playing a few circus tricks and diverting back to page 1 at times so starting a fresh thread. Again the same as the last everybody welcome to post their thoughts, bets and general p!ss take. Highlights from the first thread for me personally were correct scores on Bournemouth to beat United 2-1 last season, Italy beating Spain 2-0 in the Euros and Watford beating United 3-1 the other week @80 on betfair

    Carried Over

    £30 Liverpool top 4 @7/4
    £20 Aguero top scorer @7/2
    £25 E/W Aguero top scorer @7/2 6 places 1/5 odds
    £25 E/W Kane top scorer @6/1 5 places 1/4 odds
    £1 Liverpool 100 PL goals @80/1
    £3 Newcastle/Derby Forecast @20/1

I’ve not got too strong an opinion for tomorrows games but rude not to have a play
Huddersfield have lost their last two but at the odds are worth another shot against a goal shy Derby side. Newcastle seem to be moving up a gear of late, Ipswich can upset the apple cart but not for my money. West Ham have been shocking so far but Sunderland are twice as shocking.

7/4 Huddersfield to beat Derby £3.00
    7/4 Huddersfield, 1/2 Newcastle, 4/6 West Ham 60p Treble

    Huddserfield returned £8.25
    Treble returned £4.13

Bonus win today as both Huddersfield and West Ham scored in injury time.
I’m looking at Chelsea and/or maybe Diego Costa tomorrow but will wait until nearer kick off and seeing the line ups before committing.

No goalscorer tempts me for Chelsea game after Monday night (when I backed 2-2 after saying to someone at work that it would probably be a snoozefest despite the massive hype). 8s or 9s is about.

Yes, I expect Moaninho will park the bus again
The days of Fergie seem a long time ago
Poor old Van Gaal got slated for doing similar.
Still early days but I’m happy with Liverpool at the moment, top 4 looks very realistic and they deserve to be 2nd favs for the title. I see Henderson picked up a very late yellow card, very deliberate which rules him out of the Micky mouse cup on Tuesday meaning he will be back for the next PL game. These little things can make a huge difference and I keep banging the drum about not being in Europe but we saw both Arsenal and Spurs drop points today.

There’s a lot of loud whispers going on about Sergio Aguero’s future at Man City
If Pep does clear him out it probably won’t be until the summer thank goodness as far as the top goalscorer bet goes
I think he’ll start today against the Saints, I bloody hope so anyway. Southampton have looked good so far, very good against Inter but City have been in a bit of a barren run for their standards and it wouldn’t surprise me if they clicked into gear today and Aguero will be looking to unleash his frustrations.

High flying Bristol City are entertaing Hull City tomorrow night and I’m going to snaffle up some of the 13/10 on offer. May even take the 10/3 with BTTS

Hull have hit a flat spot, if they were a horse Phelan would be pulling them up
Other than Taunton, Yeovil and Exeter, Bristol City are my local team although I don’t like them much, plenty of fans I know and they are all confident going into tomorrows game.
I can remember when I was about 10 years old and on the family summer holiday to Weston Super Mare I had won over £10 on the slot machines on the pier and I bought a Bristol Rovers kit from a shop that was on sale at £10. I would wear it for rough clothes up the park when playing football with the lads and it was amazing the amount of abuse I got from passers bye calling me gas head and the like. One day I was first up the park and some lad twice my age chased me shouting he was going to kill me, good job I was fast, I was trying to work out what I had done and realised I had the Rovers kit on… :bye:

I like the sky boost on 2-0 for L’pool tonight
Klopp will be going hard enough in this competition and Spurs had the trip to Germany and Bournemouth away and will have one eye on Leicester at the weekend and surely will rotate

Klopp has not gone as strong as I thought he would but am happy he has not as Liverpool have Palace at the weekend
Spurs have rung the changes as expected and I still think L’Pool should take this. Sturridge has Origi in support and at 9/2 have played a quid he nets the 1st goal

    9/2 Daniel Sturridge 1st goalscorer £1.00

Chelsea have gone half strong but have left out the deadly two Hazard and barstard

Having a small dabble on the sky boost, not fussed if either Spurs or City get turned over but of the three I’ve got a funny feeling it could be Newcastle that find it the toughest with Preston picking up of late. I’ve got a couple more lined up but have to dash for now

I know sod all about the Scottish 2nd Division but Forfar should be nearer 1/5 looking at the table they have won 9 out of 9 and their opponents have picked up 3 points from ten games. Ipswich have not kicked out quite as well as previous years but should have enough for the poor Rotherham team.

    4/5 Ipswich to beat Rotherham
2/5 Forfar to beat Edinburgh City

    £3.50 double
