    Reported on Twitter by Fergal O’Brien that Templepark sustained what proved to be fatal injuries when finishing 4th in the Summer Plate at Market Rasen on 17 July 2021. He finished in the first four in 23 of his 25 starts.

    That’s sad news Marlingford…he was one of those horses that seemed to have been around forever…yet was only 8 years old. As you mention his consistency in finishing in the frame was tremendous. A sad loss.
