    The Sweeney Guide to the Irish Turf 1501-2001 (De Burca, 2002).

    If anyone has this book would you please be good enough to let me know whether it lists the trainer of every Irish trained runner in the Aintree Grand National, going back to 1836.

    I can’t justify the outlay on this weighty and expensive tome on a wild goose chase for the few missing trainers I seek.
