Get Me Out Of Here is my choice but only because I think the going will favour him more than Dunguib.
In a way, Dunguib reminds me of that irish 2 y o (3 now) Arctic who was impressive on heavy ground but wasn’t so good on better going.
Still a cracking race though

Rob, it’s late, go to bed, you’re clearly delusional!

I think and hope that this time tomorrow Dunguib’s price will look huge.
March 16, 2010 at 01:05 #282681From memory I don’t think he was too bad on Gd-Sft at last year’s fstival!
March 16, 2010 at 01:07 #282683Should be a cracking opener. The expectation on the favourite will be at breaking point when the tape come up.
I like many aspects to Get me Out of Here but I did not get any of the 10/1 or even 8/1 so I’m loathe to take 5/1 now.
I like the argument some have put up for General Miller and Menorah.
Hmm, not sure what I’ll back till 1.25pm!

March 16, 2010 at 11:41 #282769Dunguib odds against with Stan James, for how long i wonder.
March 16, 2010 at 11:42 #282771If I was to guess at his SP, I would say maybe 8/11. I’d be very very surprised if he didn’t go off odds on.

The 11/10 Stan James are offering is suicidal – I think I’ll be making a stop
there very shortly – and only goes to show how desperate bookmakers are to get Dunguib beat. Here’s hoping he trots up.
March 16, 2010 at 12:00 #282775Back into 5/6 now.
March 16, 2010 at 12:13 #282778Menorah
will take Dungiub’s scalp.
March 16, 2010 at 12:16 #282779I’m looking forward to logging back on this site at 1.40. Dunguib is unbeatable. A freak!

The last hurdle being moved could play into oscar whiskeys hand if dunguibs jumping is not tip-top.
I hope dunguib storms home though, i really do.
March 16, 2010 at 13:16 #282793A great way to start The Festival. What an intriguing battle between bookies and punters.
Would love to see Dunguib put in a stellar performance to get the meeting off to a flyer.
Looking forward to the roar(s).
March 16, 2010 at 13:35 #282799Get in there!!
1 – 2 for The Bos!!
March 16, 2010 at 13:35 #282800The bubble has burst for the time being!
Dont think it was the finest ride from the jockey of Dunguib, but a good performance from the winner.
March 16, 2010 at 13:36 #282801I always look at the horse with the highest Topspeed rating for these 2m hurdles and Menorah has a Topspeed of 156 compared to 153 to GMOOH and 152 for Dunguib.
Do any of the time experts have a view on Menorah’s time at Kempton compared to Go Native’s in the Christmas Hurdle?
Topspeed was spot on!
March 16, 2010 at 13:37 #282802Pace, possibly ground and most certainly the fact he circled the field found out Dunguib. Time for new pilot.
Well done for anyone that backed Menorah
March 16, 2010 at 13:38 #282803Jockey gave him too much to do, practically went the longest route throughout the race, would’ve got a lot closer if he went the shortest. Bookies 1-0 Punters (or 5 million)
March 16, 2010 at 13:39 #282804Sadlers Wells dominance in the first 1st 2nd and 4th reckon its probably on the better side of gd-sft, possibly good for celestial halo later.
