Poor chap. I actually backed him for today’s race thinking of his Irish Arkle win when he was the only one to jump cleanly and stay up with jockey on board in the muck. Like NHH, he made it as far as the last today. Just one more fence and he would have been safe
Sh*t…. Three fallers in the race, all three of them dead.
That ruined just about everything over the last 4 days.

It’s been a dreadful week in respect of the number of fatalities, I’m so sad I can’t write anymore at the moment.
RIP Some Plan …
and all the beautiful horses lost this week.Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...It’s been a terrible day; how awful to think your horse has survived a fall only to realise later that it was badly injured.
