Pulled up on the 16th at Plumpton, fatally injured
November 19, 2020 at 17:00 #1511371Every time I see a horse being pulled up at Plumpton, I always fear the worst. Especially when it happens down the far side. I think the downhill run is just too fast for many horses and that’s why most of the injuries occur on that part of the course. To make things worse there is that Betfair forum which is almost always insulting to horse and jockey. Aidan Coleman could do no more, but to pull up the horse, yet the conspiracy theorists came out suggesting it was done on purpose. Of course it was you morons, since the horse was badly injured.
May he rest in peace

You gave all you had today and your jockey looked after you well in your final moments. To the sick posters on the Betfair Forum hang your heads in shame.
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 23, 2020 at 18:46 #1512015I couldn’t agree more Ex-Ruby. I think Internet forums are the refuge of the bigot and the bully. Why people see the need to be so vitriolic about people whom they do not know and about occurrences they can only speculate on is beyond me.
Plus the social media comments relating to Rishi Persad are downright deplorable…
