Brilliant ride by Ryan Moore! She entered the race off a huge Topspeed figure of 120 earned at Goodwood in a listed race. The filly was supplemented to the race.

Now for Rewilding, another Goodwood monster
June 4, 2010 at 15:46 #298602Brilliant ride. Just shows you that the very top jockeys usually avoid trouble.
Whereas for some of them, that race was infuriating to watch.

Top ride from Moore, made me a packet!
June 4, 2010 at 17:09 #298620Completely talking through my pocket but that was not Richard Hills’ finest moment on Rumoush, found trouble everywhere although I accept Epsom does not suit all horses but that was not good to watch. Well done Ryan Moore and Snow Fairy obviously. Bah humbug
June 4, 2010 at 19:42 #298655Not wanting to be pedantic but the TS figure was 106, still the best in the race.
June 4, 2010 at 19:57 #298658That ride was sheer class, the best flat jockey in
the world at the moment. I’m gutted I didn’t back him, instead
I backed Ramoush, Hills rode a shocking race, clearly had plenty
of horse under him and got himself in so much trouble. Unlucky maybe but
he didn’t help. After the race, I glanced through the racecard and saw that Ryan
had only been booked for two mounts, should have guessed he’d come
up trumps on the main one.World Class Jockey.

I went to a function at Ascot late last year and was lucky enough to be sitting next to Sir Peter OSullevan. Sir Peter called him over for a chat and it was as if Moore was doing him a favour!! Moore didnt do Rumoush any favours either

Yeah he snatched Rumoush up about 3 furlongs out, that’s what you need though a jockey who’ll go out to win at all costs, maybe if Moore would
have ridden Rumoush, it may have won. With regard to his personality, he reminds me of Snookers
O’Sullivan. I reckon it’s either arrogance or he’s very shy. - AuthorPosts
