Thanks Jac, yes as I said on the thread I was running bit late today, still
organising stuff for my chimney stack which needs rendering, whatever that is.
I nearly had a heart attack when the roofer went out the window in my loft
and walked along the roof, without being attached to anything. I’m feart of
heights anyway and my stomach was doing somersaults just watching him
Blackbow didn’t do my competition any good, but the 40/1 was a nice place at least

I was wishing I’d done a few perms for the trifecta in Red Rum’s Saturday handicap
competition. I had the winner as my e/w choice at 40/1, my would be winner was 3rd
and my reserve 2nd. The trifecta paid £657.50

Our neighbour opposite had his roof cleaned last week and like your roofer heart in mouth stuff..no safety nets supplied.
