HERE ARE THE COMPY RULES AND LEADERBOARD FOR SATURDAY 17th SEPTEMBER WELCOME to our Select 3 Horses Saturday Top Tipster Competition, which will run through to CHAMPIONS DAY AT ASCOT 15th October 2016… when the FLAT SEASON TOP SATURDAY TIPSTER – SELECT 3 HORSES – will be crowned.
THE PRIZE…apart from a big pat on the back from all of us….
will be a Racing Post Mug of your favourite horse or Jockey. THE LEADERBOARD IS UPDATED WEEKLY AND THE RULES ARE AS FOLLOWS:-
YOUR 3 X HORSES CAN BE CHOSEN FROM FLAT, ALL WEATHER & JUMPS MEETINGS
1 point theoretical win on each
No more than 1 horse in a race, unless it is your reserve.
1 selection may be napped + 3 reserves may be addedEvens = 1 point
2/1 to 9/4 = 2 points
5/2 to 11/4 = 2.5 points
3/1 to 10/3 = 3 points and so on but..
please remember anything up to 15/8 is only 1 point
Odds on shots = 0.5***Full points if your horse dead heats***
Disqualified horses are counted as a loser.One horse can be napped for double points if your nap is withdrawn or a non-runner then your reserve number 1 becomes your nap.
In the event of no napped horse being selected then your first selection will become your Nap.All entries must be posted before the deadlines stated each Saturday.
NO EDITS…any changes must be posted as a separate post stating changes made.
IF YOU FORGET YOUR NAP
If you should forget to add a Napped Selection then your first selection will become your Nap.British and Irish racing only

I have got some nice pictures but as I took my son’s camera he has the lead to put them onto the internet so will have to wait..doh..also I took some great video pics of Frankel with his camera or so I thought as when I got home tonight I realised that I didn’t switch the contols from auto to video. ..double doh what an idiot
. .still now I have an excuse to go back next year..LOL

We are only a month away from the end of this flat competition but will be starting a jumps one straight away after Champions Day at Ascot..
Please feel free to put up 3 horses on this Thread that you think will win this Saturday with one as a Nap for double points..also up to 3 reserves if you want too..

At least Kingman got his revenge a few months later but shame that Night of Thunder spoilt his unbeaten record.
Anyway pleased to report he looked in good shape yesterday enjoying his life at Prince Khalid’s country retreat Best of luck for us tomorrow with Law And Order at Newbury, he’s certainly a looker.
Hope the heavy overnight rain doesn’t scupper his chances as he’s only won on good to firm but his sire Lawman didn’t seem to mind it so fingers crossed…Jac Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...They had a sea load of rain overnight Jac.
