Yes Steve the clocks are running 1 hour ahead of us so if you look at my post now it is 17.58 and the clocks will say 18.58..they do eventually get put back.I will take your selections for Wolverhampton as per the 2nd deadline Steve as you missed the first deadline of 11.40am due to Lingfield being off so early.
You always have to be on at least 10 minutes before the first race of the day
Anyway good luck at Wolverhampton and pleased to see the 2nd Deadline coming in useful, we will keep it as long as there is a night meeting every Saturday.
Jac
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 15, 2014 at 17:59 #495360Steve your original post is timed at 12.37pm
With Triptych explanation that’s 11.37am
November 15, 2014 at 18:04 #495362We must have been posting at same time RR

Yes sadly Steve75 missed the 1st deadline and shame because he
had 2 winners there, but he still had his choices at Wolverhampton to run and I think his nap Winter Queen will romp in

Have to set that alarm next week Steve
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 15, 2014 at 18:10 #495363In case I’ve got it wrong..Steve originally posted at 13.37pm TRF Clock time which would have been 12.37pm in real time and past the 1st deadline.
Can somebody hurry up and put the TRF clock right
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...November 15, 2014 at 19:03 #495370I get a point thanks to Golden Doyen, but What A Good Night in my reserves list would have been a better winner.
November 15, 2014 at 22:48 #4953850 points for me this week Jac but on the bright side Jollyp has invited us to Royal Ascot on the Melbourne Cup thread and has called you my ‘fantasy girl’……….

November 15, 2014 at 23:12 #495388More of us posting this week.

Remember if you have trouble with posting for a competition, then E-mail Cormack15 at David@theracingforum.co.uk and identify the comp you want to enter, eg Pick 3
.
Triptych as even put a second deadline if the an evening meeting on.
So whose been winnng this week.
First is our hard luck stories.
I (redrum77) had a 5/1 winner in What A Good Night in my reserve list, so scores zero, but did back it so not all bad.
Nenni had Love Rory at 11/4 in the reserves list.
However by far the biggest hard luck story this week goes to Steve 75 who had 2 winners in his main trio, and 2 winners in his reserve list.
The reserve list had One Track Mind (evens) and Forced Family Fun (5/2)
The original main trio had Last Shadow (6/1) and King Palace (11/8) but because the entry was late it’s been deemed invalid. So please get your entries in early. Remember it’s before the first race of the day, and not necessarily the first race of what you’ve put down.
Steve75 did another list before the second deadline and that did count, more on that later.Winners which did count.
Diamond Geezer gets us underway with a 10/1 winner (Caid Du Berlais) our biggest price winner this week. It was also napped so 20 points goes to Diamond Geezer.
Over2u had the first winner at Cheltenham (Chesterfield) priced at 8/1 and because it too was napped, that’s 16 points for Over2u.
Harvey 2000 our newcomer gets winner number 2 in as many weeks and 7.5 points for Sam Winner a 15/2 shot.
Pat 123 had 2 winners. First with Intransigent a 9/4 shot which was napped and then with Forced Family Fun (5/2) making 6.5 points for the pair.
Triptych continues the winning streak with another pair. Intransigent (9/4) and Winter Queen (6/4), that’s only 3 points for the two.
Winter Queen also counted for Steve75 who napped it and gets 2 points.
Finally `I get Golden Doyen (13/8) so that’s just a point for me.
November 15, 2014 at 23:18 #4953910 points for me this week Jac but on the bright side Jollyp has invited us to Royal Ascot on the Melbourne Cup thread and has called you my ‘fantasy girl’……….

Last year he invited myself, Moe and Miss Woodford, needless to say none of us went
Perhaps we should all surprise him and turn up at the Melbourne Cup next year, all expenses on Jolly old Jollyp of course.

I will make sure the update is posted sometime tomorrow and your summary will help a lot.
Nice to see some more of us getting on the leaderboard and still all to play for with yourself still in the lead but just with the one point this week.
Steve75 .. really bad luck missing the 1st Deadline, with All Weather Racing it’s usually a really early start throughout the Winter so be ready with your choices before 11.30 if you can.
At least Winter Queen came home for you tonight, I had a Trixie on my 3 selections so got a nice double up with her win.

I’m going to feel redundant at this rate

November 16, 2014 at 12:29 #495421Trip, anytime although sometimes I could be very busy with family matters, so if I don’t update it one week, you will excuse me.
All I did to update the leaderboard was to copy your table, edit the changes, then paste it back. However forgot to update the date

In the past competitions I have left it, unsure of the scoring but I think I understand it no .
P.S.For keeping up with the winners and non runners I was able to grab a booklet from my local Paddy Power with printed copy of Racing Post in it. Mark down winners plus SP and cross off any non runners (if relevant ).
