14 of my last 29 bets have come 2nd a few weeks ago, beat that Cav!. Would have been thousands in profit, it does turn mate trust me and I never thought it would – probally the worst feeling a punter can have.

Keep the chin up, reminds me of a spell a couple of years ago in the height of summer when I couldn’t buy a winner, a spell of 3 from anout 11 bets got beaten at 1.01, 1.01 and 1.03.
Everyone who gambles has been there. I spent a lot of time evaluating the type of horse that was beating mine into second place.
I wish my seconds had been at 14/1 though, wouldn’t have been worried at all.

Although i know it doesnt seem like that! Had 4 seconds from 6 the other day myself.
Still id rather have a load of seconds than them all being miserably tailed off.

I may have stumbled on a cure. Back the stable 2nd string when they have a favourite engaged. If that fails try a second favourite.
