There’s money going on my beloved Wise Eagle. Don’t think I’ll have the nerve to watch it, though.

Star Of Guiting is progressing for Ewan Whillans. Last run looks very solid and I suspect Ewan always had an eye on this race.

Well done RtB. He varied in price on course I ended up getting the 8/1.

I stood down by the last hurdle not far from Ewan who came past me punching the air as his horse passed the line!

Well done, both. Did it nicely.

Wise Eagle was making ground at the end of the race. Think he lost a bit of momentum jumping the fence that had been knocked down at the second last. Wish he hadn’t taken to jumping so well. Not good for my blood pressure. Bad luck with yours Mike but well done winners. Did fancy that horse but had to remain loyal. Dread to think what I’d be like if I actually owned a horse; still feeling wobbly.
