A few from the notebook. 27/04/03
<br>Cop Hill Lad B R Millman, Well capable of winning again. Due to run 30/4, 19/7 & 30/9
Desert Destiny D Loder, Desert Prince colt who’s work is of the highest order and will improve. Holds no entries.
Desert Heat H Cecil does not have many 5 year olds in his yard but has kept this one as he is lightly raced and holds plenty promise. Has been injured but now back on the gallops and showing promise. Watch over 12f. Holds no entries.
Fatik M Tregoning, Gone West colt reported to be one of Marcus’s better 3 year olds who will not be rushed. Holds no entries.
Fine Palette H Cecil, Not to be rushed but worth waiting for. Holds no entries.
Guld D R C Elsworth. Promising young stayer worth keeping an eye on. Due to run 15/5 at York in Yorkshire Cup.
Harcourt P F I Cole, Nice handicapper to play about with. Holds no entries.
Highest S B Suroor, very much one to keep on the right side of. Holds 3 Gp 2 and one Gp 1  entry. 02/05-15/05-26-05 & 06/06
Holborn M R Channon, speedy 2 year old owned by Sheikh Mohammed who could be Royal Ascot bound. Holds no entries.
Izdiham M Tregoning. Ran a stinker on Saturday but trainers horses often need their first rn so don’t give up on him yet. Holds no entries.
Kalaman Sir M Stoute, a colt with lots of potential. Holds no entries.
Lateen Sails S B Suroor. My pick for the 2000g’s, a horse with loads of ability. Holds entries 03/05-14/05 – 07/06.
Leo Boy J L Dunlop. Eyecatcher last run, could need 8f to 12f to be at his best but one to watch out for where ever his trainer puts him.
Mezzo Soprano S B Suroor, my selection e/w for the 1000g’s which looks a great race this year. This is one very classy Darshaan filly.
Multicolour R Hannon, ran an eyecatching 6th last run and one worth noting for a similar event. Due to run 28/04 – 29/04
Nofa’s Magic J L Dunlop, ran green last run but showed she has plenty ability and is one to note next few runs. Due to run 06/06.
Yding H Cecil, Unraced  daughter of Danehill well liked at Warren Place. Due to run 29/4
Plenty more to come if anybody is interested, this is what I find interesting about horseracing.<br>

Hit’s Only Money – P A Blockley – much more to come from this one.
Ikhtyar – J Gosden – Will improve as the season goes on.
Jordans Elect – Ian Semple – Expected to go close on Monday 050503
Middsummer – H Cecil – Kingmambo Filly who is expected to go on to group class.
Millagros – I Semple – should run well Sunday 400503
Parasol – D Loder – Should go well at Chester next week
Shield – G A Butler, expects big things from this colt.
Stunning Force – M Johnston Expected to win next time out, runs this weekend 020503
Windermere – will come on for this run.

Attraction – Mark Johnston – One of the best TYO’s seen out so far and could go well at Royal Ascot
Great Scott – Mark Johnston – stables TYO’s often improve and this one looks like one of those.
Kafuwain – J Noseda – eyecatching run in third.
Morsan Boy – Mark Johnston – should keep improving.
Oman Sea – B Hills – a TYO who should go on to better things.
Scotland The Brave – J Bethell – easy winner with more to come.

South Atlantic – Sir M Stoute well capable of winning this season.
Green Line – Sir m Stoute Green Desert gelding is Better than most think.
Craiova – B Hills put up a decent performance at Wawrick and could go on to better.
Tyne – D Barron – a TYO who should win races<br>
