    Hi all, I’m new to this, so go easy on me…
    What I want to know is why the results listed on the scoop 6 site only list the name of 1 horse in 1st place when there is a dead heat:

    Does this mean that clever cookie would not have counted in the place fund? Or what?
    Blessing to anyone who can clear this one up for me.

    I would imagine that is is due to the inefficiency of the site, i.e. the system they use might not be able to deal with dead heats as they are very rare.

    The Tote states the following in it’s terms & conditions…

    DEAD HEATS
    Dead heats for first place count as equal winners with regard to the totescoop6 win and bonus funds. Dead heats for first and other places count as equal winners in the totescoop6 place fund.

    If you click on "Show how selections ran" you will see that "Selections remaining after this race: Win: 7,673" were made up as follows…

    Favourite 193
    Clever Cookie 6,781
    Ralston Road 699
    (193 + 6,871 + 699 = 7,673)
