I’m not that big a fan of Monmiral, and I can’t be certain that Gerri Colombe will run, so I went for an ew angle here with Notlongtillmay
He’s not a certain starter either as he could run at Musselburgh, but at 25-1, I’ve bet him anyway
fwiw I think that Gerri Colombe is in a different league to this lot, and if he was some sort of a price on Saturday, I’d have no hesitation in betting him too
January 31, 2023 at 14:38 #1633101Sounds like this is gerri colombes intended target
February 3, 2023 at 20:03 #1633548Gerri Colombe for me as well. That uphill finish at Sandown should be ideal for him and I don’t the British opposition is anything special.
Gerri Colombe 6/5
February 3, 2023 at 20:30 #1633552Don’t think the ground is going to be anywhere near soft enough for Gerri Colombe, who has possibly been overrated anyway.
I’m all over Balco Coastal here.
February 3, 2023 at 20:36 #1633553I’m thinking Gerri Colombe a NR tomorrow.
February 3, 2023 at 22:08 #1633569Balco Coastal is my selection too Gladiateur, but I’m waiting to see if Gerri Colombe is absent.
February 4, 2023 at 12:29 #1633729I’ve taken 33-1 ew Bowtogreatness
I think that Gerri Colombe will win, but I’m at Sandown today, so I might as well have a bit of fun. 2nd would do me just fine
February 4, 2023 at 14:30 #1633799Well done to all the Gerri backers- he’s obviously a very good and tough horse.
I wouldn’t have bothered backing Balco had I known they were going to ride him that way.
