   My turn to hide behind sofa. Now I know how Cormack felt.

Congratulations to Derek Adams and his Ross County team. They out fought and out played an unspired Celtic side, who lacked any motivation and more worryingly, any sense of occasion. :?

Neil Lennon will unlikely be offered the job now. The players masquerading as footballers let him and the fans down today. The lack of hunger and desire was palpable. Lennon told them a few home truths after the game and his after match comments spoke volumes about the squad he currently manages at Celtic Park.

I rate this as possibly Celtic’s worst defeat in their history. Akin to Berwick Rangers beating Rangers in 1967 – or just about.

Saturday’s result makes me even more convinced that we won’t recover as a national force until we go back to a 16 or 18 team premier league where players can develop without the threat of relegation hanging over most of the teams for a large part of each season.
Teams like Caley, Ross County, Dundee, Queen of the South….even The Jags ….have plenty to offer in the top division and the end of the ludicrous top six split can’t come too soon for me.
Play Offs for the second promotion/relegation place is also something I’d like to see reinstated.

PS Celtic should build a new team around Paddy McCourt

Scottish football is so boring, I gave up watching when George Albertz and Gabriel Amato left.

Waste of money sponsoring that league, you should go and join up with Ireland and Wales to form a league would be better.
