Is it just me? I have never received any service from this charmless bunch and am now being threatened with mounting debt and referral to debt collectors for non-payment of the non-service. And, yes, I have notified them, lots…

You should ring up and threaten to counter-sue, shout down the phone about how this would never have happened in ‘Nam and that the ‘good old boys’ will be sent to their headquarters unless they offer a proper explanation for their actions.
