Don’t follow the form, follow the poo!
August 8, 2024 at 08:13 #1704173That is an interesting study. I assume the “Racing Post” will be including it in its form in future.

Part of my paddock watching checklist has always been never back a horse who does a splodgy poo or has a dirty bottom, and it works..We call it the Ca-Ca factor lol😅🤣😂Racing Posts paddock watcher take note Cork..
Things turn out best for those who make the best of how things turn out...August 8, 2024 at 15:26 #1704196Implications for human medicine as well. Underlines importance of only taking antibiotics when absolutely necessary
August 8, 2024 at 18:51 #1704211I listened to this day, Id like a list of the stables that were involved and those foals that took antibiotics in their first 28 days..I had it in my mind to open a thread when I got home, something like The Poo of Racing Science.
Buyers should be asking for poo samples now. But very interesting as five studs were involved in the study. So probably around a hundred and fifty horses.
Will there be unscrupulous folks, taking fast analysis kits to the race track, in the hope of testing a bit of poo, or over night stable incursions..the mind boggles with new science. - AuthorPosts
