Count Otto gets the choice the two year data says stall6 (6.5) as stall 7 is a non runner.

    6.30

    MARNIE JAMES
    BEN MACUDI

    Both win
Marnie James behind record breaker Strong Power last time. Falling mark and knocking on the door the last few runs. Wide draw against this runner though, but if they go off after ornate at the break every chance at the finish.

In the juvenile hurdle I think it is worth a small each way on PIECEDRESISTANCE good looking horse who could be anything but won impressively enough in France on debut.
Odds around 33/1 against the very good Collingham.
    ————————————–
A change in the number of runners makes PIECEDRESISTANCE potentially a great bet.
    Win
    And win without Collingham.
    Reverse forecast with COLLINGHAM.
We are down to just four runners and he is still around 20/1 both runners carry a penalty but the newcomer is unexposed here may not figure but has every chance of pulling off an upset if fully tuned up….

    Newcastle 6.15
Tyrrhenian Sea should be up to winning tonight at Newcastle and is entered in the Lincoln.
Won by a wide margin last time and makes handicap debut here.
    The interesting one is
    USS MICHIGAN
Last seen 900 days back in a group 3 for Aidan O’Brien.
Big physical sort would win well on breeding and potential if fit.
    So USS MICHIGAN
    Win without
    Tyrrhenian Sea

GIULIANA is a highly tried maiden for Jessica Harrington and the headgear goes on.
Has some tough opposition here but this looks winnable.
    GIULIANA

    BASRAH BREEZE

Well drawn in stall 10 on the draw data and stall 11 a non runner.
Handicap mark has tumbled and well treated dropping back into maiden company.

There is a huge amount going on at the races today.
    GRAND JURY 1.05pm
    ROHAAN 4pm
    EASYSLAND 2.55pm
Get my vote in an each way treble across three meetings.
    Leopardstown Sandown and Lingfield.
Easysland has the tough task of being top weight on debut for Jonjo O’Neil in a highly competitive looking race.
More suited to fences this looks like a prep race for cross country and grand national targets in the next two months.
But with seven places on offer and a big price this classy runner can stay and stay and will not be knocked about and can finish in his own time.
Rohaan also has big targets but will not lack for fitness (hopefully) and looks well up to putting on the afterburner late on to grab fourth here. Grand jury was an eyecatcher last time and can confirm the good impression left with a good run here between Eric Bloodaxe and hollow Games.
    Leopardstown
    1.35
Triumph hurdle grade 1 juvenile hurdle race
    FIL DOR
Running rated 141 has looked to have plenty in hand in races so far and is the one to beat here.
Vauban was unlucky but took plenty of wrong options against Pied Piper last time.
Trying to take the rail was never going to work and when switched the bird had flown.
Fil Dor is a different challenge and taking him on could unlock the door.
That said Fil Dor is progressing at a rate of knots and looks a proper horse.
    FIL DOR
    Win
    VAUBAN
    Win without Fil Dor

    WAIT FOREVER
    Each way
Has gone to Ali Jan and has placed in all five or six handicap runs since leaving Newmarket ((Botti) unplaced lto in a conditions race. May bring trainer in from the cold 1380 plus days without a win.
    ZAGATO
    Win
Neil Callan just beaten a nose by the draw in opener has a Hugh drawn horse here and could go close.

Not without ability. Has to get to three last time out winners and defy 400 plus day absence.
