And Envoi hasnt gone a yard
Or does the rise of the mares since they were introduced prove they are necessary?
Since it keeps them on the racetrack not straight to the breeding sheds
Hope Envoi is OK , Jack only way we will know about CPS and Cheltenham is when ho goes back next year

Yeah you can’t tell the Honeysuckles and Colreevys from the rest to begin with so mares races are a nice introduction.

Yes, horrendous fall, he did get up, just hoping he is ok.
Worrying how many horses are slipping on the flat too, seems ground has gone dicey with the bit of rain they’ve had.Maybe Monkfish ahs had a long season, but still a bit disappointing. EA also a lot to prove, never seemd to be travelling well after the first mistake.
The handicapper doesn’t always get them right, but he had Colreevy winning this race. Maybe its not so much about finding excuses for the geldings.

Cannot really have this idea that Monkfish has had a hard season. His three races before Cheltenham were all won easily. It looked to me he just found one too good for him.
Monkfish all but unseated. We won’t find out but i’d be happy to say Monkfish is the better horse. Back left handed next season he’ll be grand. Need to watch it back but don’t think he was 100% fluent all race and he’s clearly better than that IMO.
Envoi back to the drawing board.
