A boring selection but for me this is the banker of Arc weekend

Won the race in 2018, shouldve won last year but was held up last in a very slowly run race so did well to finish second

Seems to be as good if not better this year and on paper this looks a pretty weak renewal

I’m loving the rise of Princess Zoe, and the 9’s makes a fair bit of appeal, but there’s the obvious distraction of The Cesarewitch.

The other one who interests me is Cleonte, who flopped in this last year. He makes his belated seasonal debut on Friday, and if the old spark is back, he might tempt me at 40’s.

Princess Zoe best price now 5/1 and with the likely heavy going that will suit her. I will place my bet later tonight to get some boost off hills for the first for the first part of the bet.

Call The Wind 11-8 for me. Wanted to check the final opposition first. I think he will outstay them all.

Seeing he is the likely winner I have had some 13/8 with 888sport. Changed my mind on princess zoe, but put in a multiple bet for a small stake.

I’d be dissapointed if he didn’t win

As good a story as princess zoe is she is rated 14lbs inferior to call the wind so will have to find an enormous amount of improvement if he runs to form

Princess Zoe is rated 109 FF91. Racing Post haven’t updated her rating…..Barrington Court who she beat comfortably ran Dawn Patrol close giving him 7lbs.

She will be getting weight as well so she won’t be 14lbs inferior at all.

Not saying she’ll win of course but just so you know.

Wouldve been a very dissapointing race had that horse stolen it from the front

The more prominent tactics on call the wind didnt work at all

He ended up having to do all the donkey work and dragged Princess zoe into the race
