    Alpine Star 6-1 ew. This race looks to have been the aim since chasing home Paris Pier and we know she will handle the ground.

    I know jack they have changed it from when I looked. But this is what it says at the bottom of the page for the sun chariot in RP. DECLARED OVERNIGHT Feliciana De Vega: Engaged 3:50 Longchamp 4-oct
    DECLARED OVERNIGHT Peaceful: Engaged 3:50 Longchamp 4-oct
    DECLARED OVERNIGHT Terebellum: Engaged 3:50 Longchamp 4-oct

    But in the 3.50 Lchamp they have been removed from the card now.

    I never backed her because of the draw

    Enjoyed seeing her win anyway over a trip shorter than ideal. I’m on for the fillies and mares at ascot but after running on such desperate ground today id say its unlikely she runs in a couple of weeks time.

    Alpine Star is definitely a miler, she just about gets 10f but definitely better over 8f

    Shed have another group 1 if she ran in the sun chariot

    I wouldnt agree Alpine Star is just a miler. She been touched off on the worst ground ever and running all the way to the line. Depends how the races are run over both distances i guess.

    She was too keen at the start of the race, she battles well but that’s twice now she’s been outstayed over 10f

    shes still very good over 10 but no doubt in my mind she’s better over 8

    Iv also just noticed I had tarnawa to win this at 8/1 on a small free bet trixie, only problem one of the other legs was space blues and the other was enbihaar :wacko:
