Both ran in the 7:15 p.m. at Killarney on July the 17th.
You don’t need any confirmation at all for the first (Ponmeword) of these two fatalities.
Must have broken about 20 bones between them.
However I still hope that the latter was just winded.
Also no need to defend the racing on firm ground during the summer months.
The question again: Why isn’t anyone seriously bothered????
What happened to Galaxy Rock at Market Rasen? There was a terrible feel of deja vu about it. I am concerned about Summer Jumping and have made a point of not going to any meetings this summer, mainly because I feel so uneasy about it.
Not heard/seen any confirmation of anything yet Mo. The race commentator said the horse had fallen- the horse had been caught by the jockey – the horse was on the ground – the horse was behind the screens (which were clearly visible when the horses went past on the next circuit) – things were not looking good for Galaxy Rock, we’ll keep you up to date and still nothing!
