I’ve edited the shortlist so many times, it was getting silly, so I’ve heavily edited this post, as it was a mess

Usually have a decent Antepost by now in this, but after Falcon Eight failed to qualify the other day, and after editing the opening post about a dozen times, decided to have a more cautious Antepost.

I’ll have a good go at this nearer the time, as it’s one of my favourite races of the week, but made a real, real mess of this Antepost last year. Been looking at American Sniper and West To The Bridge of the real outsiders, but first bet is Doddiethegreat at 25’s. Think we’ve still to see the best of him, and step in right direction at Haydock
