I have not bothered with the system with the holiday season intervening and the abandonment of jumps racing since. However, it is a formula that I return to from time to time as historically it has thrown up a fair percentage of winners, albeit mainly at short odds. The strike-rate can usually be improved be improved by deleting handicap races although it doesn’t improve the winning odds. Also avoiding extremes of going has been an improvement.
